The Mushroom Men video games are being developed for Nintendo on the Nintendo DS and Wii systems. Both games are being developed by Red Fly Studio and are being published by Gamecock Media Group. The story revolves around a civil war between three-inch high Mushroom Men in a human world. According to the game's designer Mushroom Men: Rise of the Fungi for the Nintendo DS will be a side-scrolling platformer as well as a prequel to Mushroom Men: The Spore Wars, the Wii version, which will be a full 3D platforming game.
